The only negative was a delayed pick up as it says
30-60 mins before time on TripAdvisor. I was picked up 20 mins after start time.

Five stars simply for how the whole trip was handled by our driver Steve who was such a patient, kind and friendly driver.He was very attentive to our needs and we pretty much left it to his hands. He took us to the Love Birds souvenir shop (to kill time he said) so that we could then be on time for the Elephant Orphanage tour.
